Our core competencies include the design, manufacture and validation of activated carbon filters utilized in domestic, commercial and industrial applications. Our product suite includes a complete range of carbon block filters, inline filters, raw carbon blocks and impregnated activated carbon. State-of-the-Art Manufacturing Facilities

Lucent Aquatech has their state-of-the-art manufacturing facility in the heart of India’s coconut shell activated carbon belt, where 80% of the world’s coconut shell activated carbon is produced. The facility has a capacity to manufacture over half a million ready-to-use units a year in addition to raw blocks, impregnated carbon and intermediary services.  The manufacturing personnel have extensive experience and expertise to ensure consistency in quality over a large scale production. A fully equipped Quality Control laboratory, checks for consistency of raw materials and finished product quality. The adherence to standard operating procedures by both production and quality control departments is ensured by implementing aggressive continuous improvement programs.

This focus on product safety has led to implementing a risk management approach, from raw material selection up to product design and manufacturing processes. Risk management enables Lucent Aquatech to take a preventive approach to product safety by identifying and controlling potential hazards and to provide safe quality products for customers and consumers.
